Hiring: Social Media Officer

Ecomndev LLC is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands online trends, and knows how to engage audiences with impactful content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and foster community engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand competitive
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver engaging campaigns
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals
• Manage brand reputation and handle customer feedback in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms (internship or job experience preferred)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and paid promotions
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
