Social Media Organic Expert

Karachi, Pakistan

We’re hiring a Social Media Organic Expert to own end‑to‑end organic strategy, content calendar, publishing, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest. You’ll craft scroll‑stopping content, grow engaged communities, and turn followers into fans using a test‑and‑learn approach.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Strategy & Calendar: Build monthly/quarterly content strategies, pillars, and editorial calendars mapped to funnel goals (awareness → consideration → conversion/retention).
  • Platform Playbooks: Define per‑platform formats, posting cadence, and best practices (Reels/Shorts, carousels, stories, lives, polls, long‑form LinkedIn).
  • Content Production: Write hooks, captions, CTAs; storyboard Reels/Shorts; coordinate shoots; light video editing/slicing (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9).
  • Creative Collaboration: Brief design/video teams with clear angles, references, and success metrics; maintain brand voice & visual guidelines.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments/DMs with SLAs; escalate issues; manage UGC and ambassador/influencer collabs; run giveaways and lives.
  • Social SEO: Keyword/hashtag strategy, alt text, profile SEO, YouTube titles/descriptions/chapters; optimize for saves/shares.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, build Looker Studio/Sheets dashboards, deliver weekly/monthly insights; set hypotheses and run A/B tests.
  • Cross‑Functional: Partner with Performance (Paid) on creative learnings and with Web/CRO for landing‑page content alignment and UTMs.
  • Governance: Maintain content approval workflows, community guidelines, and crisis playbooks; ensure policy compliance per platform.
  • Ops & Tools: Manage scheduling tools, asset libraries, and a repeatable production pipeline.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years managing organic social for brands or agencies with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Portfolio showing high‑performing Reels/Shorts, carousel storytelling, and community building.
  • Proven track record increasing engagement rate, saves/shares, reach, and follower growth rate.
  • Strong copywriting in English (hooks, value‑packed captions, CTAs); basic design/video skills (Canva/Figma + CapCut/Premiere).
  • Comfortable with analytics (GA4 basics, Looker Studio/Sheets), UTM usage, and social‑native insights.
  • Familiar with Middle East/Pakistan cultural context and trends.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • YouTube channel management (thumbnails, titles, retention tactics).
  • LinkedIn company page & founder‑brand ghostwriting experience.
  • Basic SEO/content writing for blogs; WordPress/Webflow CMS familiarity.
  • Influencer/creator sourcing and brief management.
  • Email/CRM coordination (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) for content amplification.

KPIs You’ll Own

  • Engagement Rate (ER) and % change MoM
  • Reach/Impressions and follower growth rate
  • Saves, shares, comments per post; watch time/retention on Reels/Shorts
  • Website sessions & goal completions from organic social (UTM‑tracked)
  • Response time & sentiment in community management

Tools You’ll Use

Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Notion, Figma/Canva, CapCut/Premiere.
