Social Media Poster & Engagement Assistant (Remote)

We are hiring a consistent and proactive Social Media Assistant to help us generate leads through daily posting and engagement.

This is NOT a strategy role.
This is an execution role.

You will:

• Post content daily
• Engage with comments and messages
• Help generate inbound leads

Responsibilities:

• Post 1–2 times daily across platforms:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Post in local Facebook groups
• Respond to comments and DMs
• Follow provided scripts and captions
• Report daily activity

Compensation:

• Weekly flat rate OR per-post pay
• Bonus for leads generated

Requirements:

• Familiar with social media platforms
• Comfortable engaging with people online
• Consistent and reliable
• Able to follow direction and post on schedule

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
