Social Media & PPC Expert (Night Shift)

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking to hire a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media & PPC Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google PPC (Search & Display). This is a full-time, night shift position, ideally suited for someone with a proven track record of generating leads and acquiring clients in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing, etc.)
• Handle Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, etc.)
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
• Develop compelling ad creatives and copy (in collaboration with the creative team, if needed)
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising platforms
• Collaborate with the sales/lead gen team to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in running Facebook Ads and Google PPC campaigns
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, Google Analytics, and tracking tools (UTM, Pixels, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of audience targeting and campaign structuring
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work night shift hours (adjusted to US/UK time zones)
• Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Certifications
• Familiarity with CRM tools and landing page builders (e.g., HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Unbounce)
