Social Media Strategy & Management
- Assist in the development and execution of the institution’s social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the bank’s mission, values, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and strengthen customer and community relationships online.
- Collaborate with departments and staff to highlight employees, customers, and community involvement.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Capture and produce creative content, video, and short-form graphics, for social media platforms.
- Leverage internal events, sponsorships, and community programs to create engaging stories.
- Maintain a content calendar to align with product campaigns, community initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
Promotional Item Management
- Coordinate promotional item orders, manage inventory, and oversee packaging and delivery to branches, events, and sponsorships.
- Partner with vendors to source, order, and replenish branded materials.
- Ensure promotional opportunities are integrated into social media campaigns through video and creative posts.
- Maintain records for tracking distribution and usage in collaboration with the Digital Marketing & Reporting Coordinator (who maintains expense reporting).
Compliance & Policy Development
- Work with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure social media content and promotional campaigns meet regulatory, compliance, and brand standards.
- Support the development, documentation, and enforcement of social media policies and procedures.
- Assist with training employees on compliant, professional use of social media during onboarding and annual refreshers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report monthly on social media performance metrics and engagement trends.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
- Identify emerging social media trends and tools that align with the bank’s brand and compliance standards.
Required

1–3 yrs of professional social media management experience, financial services preferred. Experience creating and managing digital content (photo, video, graphics). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in social media is a plus.
