HIRING Social Media Sales EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Sales Executive to join our team onsite. Responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.

The executive's responsibilities include :

Responsibilities:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.
  • Seek new opportunities through networking and social media channels
  • Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposal.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining long-term, meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain business from them.
  • Monitor consumption trends to ensure that your offering remains relevant to the client.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Conduct virtual meet-ups to create new business relationships.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
  • Proficiency in English
  • Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
  • Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach Creativity
  • Sales Planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s from a reputable University.
  • Should have own laptop
  • Strategic leadership ability
  • 6 to 1 month experience
