About the Role
Solo HR is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our international brand presence — particularly across European and American markets in the motorcycle smart device industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple social platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with influencers and media partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and grow official accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
Develop engaging and consistent social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement social media marketing plans and content strategies tailored for Western audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and digital campaigns across online channels.
3. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market and competitor research for the European and American motorcycle smart device market.
Analyze consumer behavior, trends, and content performance to refine strategy.
Translate insights into actionable marketing and communication initiatives.
4. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators.
Collaborate with media partners, product review platforms, and YouTube channels for brand promotions.
Track campaign performance and ensure ROI on influencer collaborations.
5. Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor, measure, and report on social media performance metrics.
Conduct data analysis to optimize campaigns and suggest content or strategy improvements.
Use analytics to refine audience targeting, engagement, and conversion tactics.
6. PR & Brand Promotion
Support PR activities to strengthen brand reputation globally.
Work with international partners and online communities to enhance brand credibility and exposure.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience managing international social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, etc.).
Proven experience in influencer marketing and digital campaign execution.
Strong understanding of global social media trends, especially in European and American markets.
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in social analytics tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
