The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end social media management—from content planning and creation to performance analysis—ensuring consistent brand communication and meaningful audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality content including static posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and captions.
- Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; ensure timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, operations) for campaigns, approvals, and announcements.
- Ensure all content complies with UAE healthcare advertising regulations and internal brand guidelines.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular analytical reports.
- Recommend improvements based on insights, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated on platform updates, social media trends, and digital best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, accuracy, and compliance.
- Basic design and video editing skills; experience working with creative tools preferred.
- Good understanding of the UAE market, audience behavior, and cultural sensitivities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
