Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, trend-driven, and results-focused Social Media Specialist with proven experience in the beauty and skincare industry. The ideal candidate understands skincare formulations, beauty trends, and consumer behaviour, and can translate brand messaging into engaging, high-performing digital content.

This role requires someone who can build brand authority, drive engagement, and increase online sales through strategic and visually compelling social media management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including reels, tutorials, skincare routines, before-and-after visuals, testimonials, and educational posts.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to ensure strong visual identity and brand consistency.
  • Stay ahead of skincare trends, ingredients, and viral beauty formats.
  • Write engaging, educational captions that reflect brand tone and build trust.

Skincare Education & Authority Building

  • Translate product benefits and ingredients into easy-to-understand, consumer-friendly content.
  • Create informative posts around skincare routines, ingredient highlights, and skin concerns.
  • Position the brand as a trusted skincare authority.

Influencer & Community Management

  • Identify and manage collaborations with skincare influencers, dermatology professionals, and beauty creators.
  • Oversee PR gifting campaigns and influencer activations.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster community engagement.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation online.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including engagement rate, reach, impressions, website clicks, and conversions.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support paid social campaigns and boosting strategies.
  • Optimise content based on performance data.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging skincare trends.
  • Provide insights on market positioning and opportunities for growth.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in social media management within beauty or skincare brands.
  • Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends.
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations in the beauty sector.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of paid ads and social media analytics.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
