Social Media Specialist

About the Role:
Nexus95 is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Expert to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and skilled in building, managing, and enhancing a brand’s presence across multiple social media platforms. You will be instrumental in driving engagement, executing campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, banners, and marketing materials.
• Edit short-form videos, including reels and promotional content.
• Plan, implement, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve performance and ROI goals.
• Conduct social media audits, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop engaging content, compelling captions, and creative storytelling strategies.
• Build and nurture online communities while maintaining active audience engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.
• Apply basic SEO principles to enhance content visibility and reach.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support influencer outreach initiatives and partnership collaborations.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Handle audience queries and maintain a professional online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
