We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing to manage our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will understand how to position IT services, build brand awareness, and drive lead generation through creative, targeted, and data-driven social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies that align with company goals in IT services.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (blogs, case studies, infographics, service highlights, industry trends, thought leadership posts, and video snippets).
- Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B lead generation.
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads for remarketing).
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight success stories, service offerings, and client testimonials.
- Monitor and engage with IT communities, forums, and groups to position the company as an industry leader.
- Track performance with analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize strategies for engagement and lead generation.
- Research and implement the latest IT industry trends and digital marketing techniques to keep the brand competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or B2B industry.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional networking strategies.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Zoho Social, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging B2B content (technical + creative balance).
- Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and community management.
- Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, AI tools).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a tech-savvy mindset.
