About Shaka Guide

Shaka Guide creates immersive, story-driven audio tours that connect people with places in meaningful ways. From Hawaii to the mainland and beyond, our mission is to help travelers explore with curiosity, respect, and a sense of adventure.

We are a self-funded, sustainable company. We value thoughtful decision-making, long-term stability, and building a product we’re proud of.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator who’s equal parts creative and organized — someone who enjoys curating and creating branded content across formats, from short-form video to carousels and more. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, partners, and our internal team to bring Shaka Guide’s social presence to life as both a vibrant community and a thoughtfully managed brand.

You love thinking creatively, experimenting with new ideas, and finding fun, thoughtful ways to help our social channels grow, support larger goals, and connect with people.

The Role

This role brings together content creation, content curation, outreach, and partnerships. You’ll help shape our social channels day to day — creating and editing branded content, turning footage from our team into engaging posts, and supporting influencer and brand collaborations along the way.

You’ll also collaborate across departments to make sure our social presence feels cohesive, intentional, and on-brand.

We’re looking for a naturally outgoing, social-savvy storyteller who genuinely loves making content, stays plugged into pop culture and trends, feels confident both on camera and chatting with partners, and brings a mix of creativity, adaptability, and intention to how they show up every day.
