Job overview:

As a Social Media Specialist at ABH you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will play a key role in elevating our online presence, building brand awareness, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience. This position requires a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a team player who can collaborate with various departments to bring our brand story to life through compelling social media content.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Google Ads Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic to our real estate listings.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content for social media posts and advertisements.
• Ensure that all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Community Engagement:

• Foster and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement strategies to increase social media followership and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies for the company's online presence.

Graphic design:

• Must have experience in creating creative visual content, creating posters.
• professional experience in Shooting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 -5 years of proven experience in social media management, particularly in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns and familiarity with SEO principles.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
