Social Media Stories Conversion Specialist

Redefining Wellness Center is hiring a Story Conversion Specialist & Affiliate Manager — a full-time, W-2 employee who will own our social media stories conversion system and tracked affiliate partner program.

You'll work directly alongside Dr. Jaban, Dr. Jess, and our content team to turn attention into measurable action through compelling story sequences, affiliate promotions, and conversion-focused assets. Core Responsibilities

• Instagram/Social Stories (Conversion-First): Plan, create, and publish conversion-focused story sequences that drive link clicks, opt-ins, affiliate purchases, and bookings.
• Affiliate Partner Management: Manage tracked affiliate partners — offer calendar planning, partner alignment, link/code governance, and monthly reporting.
• Email + Newsletter Support: Copywrite and build emails/newsletters supporting affiliate pushes and offer campaigns.
• Guides / Lead Magnets: Write and/or coordinate guides used to support story conversion and lead capture.
• Reels Scripting: Create scripts for Reels supporting story campaigns and conversion themes.
• ManyChat Flows: Build and maintain DM automation flows tied to story CTAs (keywords, triggers, tagging).
• Creative Support: Light graphic creation and/or coordination of creative assets; video editing ability preferred.
• In-Person Content Capture: Participate in periodic on-site recording sessions with Dr. Jaban, Dr. Jess, and Allyssa as needed.
• Quality Control: Follow Company QC and approval processes with final review oversight from the team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Instagram Stories for conversion (not just awareness)
• Hands-on affiliate marketing or influencer partnership experience
• Strong copywriting skills for email, stories, and scripts
• Comfortable with affiliate tracking tools, unique links/codes, and UTMs
• Experience with ManyChat or similar DM automation tools
• Organized self-starter with a data-first mindset — you love looking at what's working
• Video editing ability preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
