Job Description:

We are seeking a sharp and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building platform-specific strategies, writing engaging content, and editing videos/reels to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X).
• Write compelling captions and create engaging content.
• Edit videos/reels with a strong storytelling approach.
• Plan and manage social media calendars.
• Monitor analytics, trends, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing/design team to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing (shorts/reels).
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
