Job Title: Social Media Strategist (On-Campus Role)

Location: Delhi / Pune / Jaipur / Kolhapur (On-Site)

CTC:₹ 6 to7 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can own the content voice of our campus. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, creating, and publishing engaging content that captures the real-time student vibe and brand story. If you live on Reels, trends, memes, and community culture — this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute a monthly content calendar (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Posts)
• Shoot UGC & brand videos with students, faculty & campus creators
• Run on-ground student-led mini campaigns & engagement activities
• Manage social platforms ensuring tone & brand consistency
• Track analytics, report performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in Social Media / Content Creation / Community Management
• Strong understanding of Gen-Z trends, meme culture & reels-first storytelling
• Comfortable shooting on phone + basic editing (CapCut / VN / Canva)
• Confident being on camera and behind the camera
• Self-driven & comfortable working independently on campus
