Full Time | In Person Required | Boca Raton, Florida

$15 to $23 per hour

We are a fast growing health and wellness company seeking a full time, in person Social Media Strategist to join our Boca Raton office.

This is not an entry level posting job. This is a hands on creative growth role for someone who understands content, branding, and how to scale attention online.

We are building a bold personal brand in the health and biohacking space alongside a women’s supplement brand with a strong feminine, elevated pink aesthetic created for women, by women.

If you love content, branding, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, and building something meaningful from the inside, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Posting multiple times per day across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Scripting short form and long form videos including strong hooks and high retention structure

• Filming content in person on a consistent weekly basis

• Organizing and managing content shoots

• Sending raw footage to editors and coordinating revisions

• Light editing when needed to maintain high volume output

• Managing captions, trends, formatting, and platform optimization

• Helping develop overall social strategy and growth direction

We are producing a high volume of content every week. Speed, organization, and creativity matter.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone obsessed with social media and growth

• Highly organized and comfortable moving quickly

• Strong writing and scripting skills

• Confident filming in person and directing content

• Understands what makes content go viral

• Has experience growing social media pages, either personal or for clients

• Self starter who takes ownership and thinks strategically

This is an opportunity to help build and scale a rapidly growing brand from the inside. You will be directly involved in strategy, execution, and creative direction.

Preferred But Not Required

• Proven track record growing Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube pages

• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or lifestyle niches

• Spanish speaking is a plus

Compensation

$15 to $23 per hour based on experience and results.
