Role Overview:

The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies to grow brand visibility, engage online communities, and drive measurable results. A solid understanding of crypto trends and audiences is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor crypto industry trends and integrate them into social campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Manage online communities, responding to comments and building positive engagement.
• Optimize paid and organic campaigns for reach and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under deadlines.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
