What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Develop strong relationships within your assigned Social + Outside Catering segments to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Seek to increase production and revenue for the hotel to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.
  • Develop and grow weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and bespoke celebrations.
  • Expand the hotel's outside catering presence with creative, high-touch experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with HNWIs, wedding planners, and event agencies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with culinary, banquet, and marketing teams to deliver extraordinary events.
  • Represent the hotel as a true brand ambassador at luxury events and trade shows.
  • Contract social groups and events along with outside catering functions from start to finish according to client requirements.
  • Work in an organized and strategic manner, analyzing business reports and data daily to keep updated with the business' needs.
What you'll bring
  • Your distinct personality and genuine passion for hospitality, bringing warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotels or premium catering sales, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results.
  • In-depth knowledge of ultra-luxury hotels, banqueting, and outlet operations, with a strong track record in social events and banqueting sales.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that inspire trust and create meaningful connections.
  • A refined sense of service excellence, creativity, and cultural awareness, always attuned to the needs of discerning guests.
  • Polished presentation skills and the confidence to engage with high-profile clients in a professional, approachable manner.
