REBOOT is building the next iconic energy + nootropic drink brand. We’re targeting a high-performance, entrepreneurial audience and creating content that actually earns attention—not ads people scroll past.

Based in San Clemente, CA.

Job Overview

• Conduct street interviews (gyms, beaches, campuses, events, etc.)
• Act as the on-camera personality/host
• Film content using handheld setups (iPhone / mirrorless)
• Edit short-form videos (fast cuts, captions, hooks, pacing)
• Rapidly test content ideas and double down on what works
• Occasionally create other formats:
• Challenge videos
• Product-based content
• Creator collabs
• Travel occasionally for content opportunities or events

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable and natural on camera (this is critical)
• Charismatic, quick-thinking, socially sharp
• Can approach strangers without hesitation
• Strong instincts for what makes content go viral
• Experience filming + editing short-form content
• Understands pacing, hooks, retention, and trends
• Self-directed — you don’t wait for instructions

Bonus:

• Built your own TikTok / IG / YouTube presence
• Experience with street interviews specifically
• Comedy, improv, or high social awareness

• “Take this and tell me how you feel in 10 minutes”
