Soft Skills Trainer HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct baseline study and skills/needs assessments of workers and staff in partner factories.
  • Provide inputs to the Team Lead and Project Coordinator for development of the qualification matrix.
  • Identify soft skill gaps and recommend relevant training interventions.
  • Develop training schedules and conduct soft skills training sessions at partner industry sites.
  • Prepare training reports and share monthly training data with the Project Coordinator.
  • Maintain attendance records and photo documentation of all training sessions.
  • Participate in project meetings and planning discussions.
  • Conduct site visits to partner textile enterprises.
  • Coordinate closely with partner industries and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely submission of training deliverables to the GIZ project team.
  • Support project monitoring activities according to GIZ standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Management, Engineering, Pure Sciences, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR management or stakeholder coordination.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in HR or workforce development.
