Software Administrator and IT Manager

• Implementation and Administration of Schools ERP (School Management System) in campuses.
• Development and enhancement of standard policies for implementation and operations of the system.
• Hardware maintenance and Networking
• Supervision of system implementation and operations in multiple departments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of system workflows.
• Coordination with the Development Team for fixing technical issues.
• Keeping Track of active issues/requirements & taking follow-ups from the development team.
• Onboarding new campuses and users to the system.
• Conducting user trainings.
• Providing support to users/clients in the implementation and operations of the system.
• Development of Training resource materials, Tutorial videos.
• Requirement analysis and documentation for development of new Features/Reports/Modules.
