Summary:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-responding Software Client Support professional who can independently handle client issues, troubleshoot technical problems (SQL, IIS, .NET, reporting tools), and effectively coordinate with clients, developers, and project managers to ensure quick resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Strong command of SQL.
- Full working knowledge of IIS.
- Can handle software release updates.
- Excellent written & spoken English for emails, chats, and meetings.
- Office location: Karachi near Shaheen Complex.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Act as a bridge between client, developer, and PM from issue to resolution.
- Strong understanding of Windows Services & .NET errors.
- Strong experience in Crystal Reports & Microsoft Report Builder with formulas.
- Must respond fast and independently to client issues.
- Comfortable working with AI tools.
Qualifications:
- BCS (Bachelor of Computer Science) or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Software Client Support, Application Support, or Technical Support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Experience with database scripting languages such as T-SQL or PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of .NET based applications and understanding of .NET errors.
- Experience working with IIS configuration, deployment, and application hosting.
- Experience handling software releases, deployments, and system updates.
- Practical experience with Crystal Reports; familiarity with Microsoft Report Builder (optional).
- Familiarity with cloud database platforms such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database (optional).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) for emails, chats, and meetings with clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to independently handle client issues and provide technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows Services, application logs, and production issues.
- Ability to act as a bridge between clients, developers, and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with database performance troubleshooting and query optimization.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve troubleshooting and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple client tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with enterprise software systems such as HRMS or ERP.
