Job Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Software Operator / Accounts Controller to manage client records, payments, and system operations for a real estate project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software for file generation and record keeping
• Handle receipts, payment entries, and installment tracking
• Monitor recovery and outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate data in the system (no manual work)
• Prepare basic reports (sales, recovery status)
• Perform basic bookkeeping and reconciliation

Requirements

• Good command of MS Word & Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge (bookkeeping, recovery)
• Strong attention to detail and discipline
• Experience in real estate / CRM / ERP is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
