Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer – ERP

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive SQA Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in ERP application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ERP systems. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in business workflow validation, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements for ERP modules.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate ERP workflows, reports, forms, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings.
• Conduct database validation and API testing where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong experience testing ERP systems (finance, HR, inventory, procurement, etc.).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Familiarity with SQL/database testing.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman is a plus.
