SQA Engineer

Teraception is looking for a talented Software Quality Engineer having 5 years of solid experience.

This is an On-Site. Full time job, based in Lahore (Gulberg V)

Job description:

• Execute test scenarios for multiple projects
• Log defects/issues and work with the test lead to ensure resolution
• Track test execution to planned test schedule to ensure timely delivery of multiple testing deliverables
• Interact effectively with peers, management and cross functional teams to address and resolve issues
• Assist Technical Support to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
• Work with Development to perform code reviews and assist with debugging and profiling
• Suggests alternative methods and procedures for solving problems and improving product and process quality
• Identify risks and offer mitigation plans to ensure quality
• Create, execute and manage automation scripts using selenium, cucumber and Testng framework.
• Contribute to the improvement of how we do testing

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BSCS/IT or a related discipline.
• 5 years of hands-on enterprise software QA engineering, analysis, and testing experience.
• Must be able to do whitebox testing on Laravel/React/TS.
• Must be thorough, precise and have a strong eye for detail.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented focus
• Knowledge of SW development and project life cycle
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
• Experience in testing web applications, Mobile Apps and Web Services

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
