Hiring - Software Sales / Business Development Executives.

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Job Profile:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Executive to assist us in expanding our customer base. You will be the company’s face and will be committed to establishing and implementing an effective business growth strategy. Your key objective will be to achieve targets through strengthening client relationships.

Prerequisites:

Proven experience in selling SaaS, AI, or Automation solutions to clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector or similar enterprise domains.

CTC:

■ 5 - 6 LPA (out of which 10% variable) + Incentives based on target up to 2 - 3% of target.

Relevant Experience:

1–3 years in IT software and product sales in banks & financial institutions or similar enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for digital transformation solutions, including digital onboarding and automation platforms.
  • Engage with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs to identify business needs and present suitable technology solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–3 years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, or automation domains.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI technology landscape and enterprise buying processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
