Software Sales Executive – Inbound (Female)

Join InstaCare, a fast-growing healthcare IT company! We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Executive (Female) to handle inbound leads, convert them into clients and support the growth of our sales pipeline. This role is primarily office-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, or chat
• Convert leads into clients by understanding their requirements
• Maintain and update sales records in CRM
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely client communication
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in inbound software sales is required
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or IT software sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools
