Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Solution Architect who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership skills.

In this role, you will define high-level system architecture and detailed technical designs while collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready technical solutions aligned with the company’s product roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in backend development, API design, and full software development lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead architectural strategy across supported teams and programs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Convert business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs
• Oversee full software development lifecycle activities
• Ensure smooth product launches and customer adoption
• Support governance, pricing, and training milestone completion
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and implement corrective actions
• Act as a technical advisor and product advocate
• Facilitate communication across distributed teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Managed Services, Pricing)
• Recommend digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Align business and technical priorities for optimal resource utilization

Required QualificationsExperience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Software Design
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience
• Proven experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with risk management frameworks and reporting

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of computing and storage infrastructure
• Experience with operating systems and fabric interconnects
• DevOps pipeline development and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including:
• Python
• Bash
• PowerShell
• JavaScript
• Strong background in IT automation
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet (preferred)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
