Software Support Executive

Overview:
We are looking for a Software Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client queries, troubleshooting system problems, and ensuring smooth software operations. Familiarity with Sales Inventory, Accounting Modules, and POS systems for Retail and Restaurant industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle advanced technical support, resolving intricate software issues with a focus on SQL query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Assist clients by providing prompt responses to queries and offering technical support for any challenges they face.
• Apply knowledge of Sales Inventory, Accounting, and POS systems to deliver effective solutions in both Retail and Restaurant environments.
• Diagnose and fix software and hardware issues remotely, making necessary adjustments to resolve client problems.
• Ensure all client issues are fully resolved through diligent follow-up and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify software bugs and implement solutions to enhance system stability and performance.
• Create comprehensive documentation of common issues, solutions, and procedures to streamline support efforts.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Sales Inventory, Accounting Modules, and POS systems (especially in Retail and Restaurant sectors) is an advantage.
• At least 1+ years of experience in software support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.com, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
