Job Description

K Com Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a sharp, highly articulate Business Development & Client Support Executive for our UK market team.

This is not a standard call-center role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based corporate clients, bridging the gap between financial expertise and relationship management. If you understand UK accounting and possess impeccable English communication skills, this role offers rapid career growth.

Core Responsibilities:

· Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for UK B2B clients via phone, email, and portals to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

· Technical Liaison: Translate client needs to our internal financial teams to resolve complex accounting and service queries.

· Consultative Support: Present our cloud accounting and tax compliance solutions to UK business owners during their active working hours.

· Workflow Management: Maintain precise records of client interactions, service updates, and pipelines within our CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education: ACCA, ICMA, or CIMA Finalist.

· Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience handling UK market accounting services or international B2B clients.

· Communication: Exceptional, near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) for executive-level professional conversations.

· Software Tools: Hands-on familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or Free-Agent.

· Tax Knowledge: Foundational understanding of UK tax laws (VAT, CIS, Corporate Tax).

· Availability: Must be able to work the afternoon/evening shift to align with UK business hours.
