Shift: Australian Time Zone – 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri), Half-day Saturday
Experience: 1–2 years (International Solar experience mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and result-driven Solar Consultant to support our Australian outbound calling process. Your role will focus on generating high-quality leads, driving solar sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working with a fast-growing international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospects via calls, emails, and chats to drive solar & battery system sales
• Manage rebate applications (Solar VIC) from documentation to submission
• Re-engage dormant leads to convert them into active clients
• Collect customer feedback and referrals to boost brand reputation
• Achieve consistent sales targets and maintain accurate records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of outbound calling / lead generation (international/Australian process preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior B2B lead generation experience is a plus
