Responsibilities

• Safely install solar tile systems and associated roofing components on various types of roofs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment to secure solar modules according to schematics and technical specifications.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligning with project plans.
• Perform roof repairs or modifications necessary for solar system installation, including caulking, flashing, and sealing.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement of solar panels considering structural integrity and sunlight exposure.
• Assist with construction estimating and material fabrication to support efficient project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times during heavy lifting or working at heights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing, construction estimating, or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with roofing materials such as metal studs framing, stucco, tile laying, or concrete forming is a plus.
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and performing strenuous tasks throughout the day.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices for construction site work.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
