We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Solar Energy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy solutions and the ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for solar energy solutions (residential, commercial, or industrial).
  • Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and client presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the solar sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in solar or energy-related sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic knowledge of solar systems and energy efficiency solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
