Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to promote solar solutions.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales while meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the branch team for timely installation, service, and after-sales support.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM tools accurately.
• Represent the company professionally at all times and provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel within the Sargodha region for client visits.
