Cadence is looking for a Project Leader to direct a strategic long term joint development and support project with a key partner. Responsibilities will include ensuring timely execution of agreed upon objectives, identifying resource and technical challenges to anticipate risks to the program, participating and leading problem solving task forces, brainstorming on future collaboration possibilities, scoping and costing projects, and esclating issues to executives when necessary. The program covers PDK collateral development, Reference Flows, DTCO for advanced nodes, 3DIC, tool certification, methodology development and other tasks. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding and 20+ years of experience in Semiconductor design flows and methodologies, strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, and EDA software.

The annual salary range for California is $157,500 to $292,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
