Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Source of Textiles/Merchandiser to drive the success of our sports wear line. In this pivotal role, you will blend strategic thinking with operational expertise to elevate product visibility, optimize inventory, and foster client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Merchandising & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies to boost sales, market share, and profitability for bed linens and cushions.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to curate product assortments that resonate with target audiences.

Vendor & Inventory Excellence

• Source high-quality materials, negotiate cost-effective contracts, and build long-term partnerships with trusted vendors.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover to minimize waste and maximize availability.

Client & Buyer Engagement

• Serve as the primary liaison for buyers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates on order status.
• Proactively identify and onboard new clients to expand market reach and revenue streams.

Production & Quality Leadership

• Oversee production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining Ziyan’s rigorous quality standards.
• Conduct vendor site inspections and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Sampling & Documentation

• Lead seasonal sampling processes, from design approval to final product sign-off.
• Prepare accurate shipment documentation (artwork, packing lists, markings) to ensure seamless logistics.

Team Collaboration

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and results-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in merchandising, with a focus on bed linens, cushions, or home furnishings.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
