Sourcing and product development

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers .
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term agreements.
• Drive new product development in coordination with design, R&D, and production teams.
• Oversee sample development, trials, and ensure on-time approvals.
• Manage product costing and ensure competitive procurement without compromising quality.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Stay updated with market trends, raw material availability, and innovative sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with quality, logistics, and finance teams to streamline the supply chain.
• Generate periodic sourcing reports and present cost-saving initiatives to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
