Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) and CEO.
• Coordinate with fabric, yarn, and home textile finished goods suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and delivery.
• Maintain effective communication between departments to streamline sourcing operations.
• Conduct strong follow-ups with mills and suppliers to ensure timely order completion.
• Collect and update stock levels, rate lists, and supplier data regularly.
• Prepare and maintain sourcing reports, vendor records, and data sheets.
• Identify and build relationships with new suppliers to strengthen and diversify the vendor network.

Requirements

• Education: BBA or MBA (preferably with a major in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience — textile industry background is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work under tight deadlines.
