Sourcing Representative - Talent Acquisition - Mass Hiring

We’re hiring a Talent Sourcing Representative to support our mass hiring operations. This role isn’t just about generating leads — you’ll be part of the full journey, ensuring candidates are hired, supporting backend admin work, assisting with screenings, and helping in the testing center if needed .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• English level B2/B2+
• Relevant experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills

What you’ll do:

• Source and convert candidates into hires in partnership with recruiters/gatekeepers.
• Handle backend admin tasks and maintain accurate reports.
• Support candidate screening and documentation checks.
• Assist in the testing center when required, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
