Job Purpose:

To drive spare parts sales by building strong customer relationships, conducting outdoor sales visits—particularly for bus and truck parts—and identifying new business opportunities This role supports revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and effective stock management through proactive sales efforts and accurate market feedback

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize spare parts sales volume

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits with a focus on promoting and selling spare parts for buses and trucks

  • Identify, research, and engage potential customers to grow the client base and generate repeat business

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as agreed with the Sales Supervisor/Head, and submit daily sales activity reports

  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts and solutions to ensure effective service and customer satisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close sales deals

  • Provide product knowledge, sales support, and basic technical assistance to customers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for each customer

  • Monitor market trends and conduct field visits to gather relevant data

  • Prepare reports based on market surveys and findings, and submit them to the Stock Control team to support inventory planning and decision-making

  • Continuously seek out new business opportunities to expand market reach

  • Perform any additional duties as required to support the sales function and overall business goals
