Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Spa Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is client-focused, collaborative, and passionate about creating a positive and efficient spa experience. This role involves managing staff, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Spa Manager is also responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.


Responsibilities

  • Overcome objections during the sales process to increase membership conversions
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability
  • Analyze business data to guide decision-making and drive overall success
  • Use sound judgment and operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Plan and direct daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Manage staff schedules to optimize productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment
  • Oversee inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of products
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing concerns promptly
  • Ensure full compliance with all Hand & Stone policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
  • Mentor and supervise all team members in accordance with company standards
  • Motivate and empower the team to achieve and maintain high performance standards


Requirements & Education

  • 18 years or older
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in spa, hospitality, or retail.
  • Experience leading teams to achieve sales and service goals, with budget and operations oversight preferred.
