Under general supervision and working within a team setting, this full-time position requires heavy production skills, ability to multi-task, co-create design & F/F/E packages, complete 3D renderings, and manage small commercial tenant projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform space planning for tenant specific, as well as, standardized spec projects

Produce construction documents for pricing/permitting in accordance to building, energy and accessibility codes while using Vizio and AutoCAD programs

Developing and documenting designs, details, schedules and specifications.

Field measure buildings to confirm accuracy of plans, obtain current information of Boxers facility inventory/furniture and input into software

Assist senior staff by selecting finishes, furniture, artwork for a broad range of projects

Ensure appropriate department/ tenant involvement

All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge and Education:

Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment

Advanced customer service skills to diplomatically communicate with vendors
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic

Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

Experience as a facilitator, and/or liaison skills between parties regarding building facility projects highly desirable

Architecture or Interior Design or related field or equivalent experience

2-4 years experience at an architectural/design firm required

(Photoshop & Illustrator), Excel, Word, and other computer software
