Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Spanish Speaking Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have proven experience in sales, preferably in international markets. This role requires working in USA time zones and handling Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients via calls, emails, and chats
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain and build strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (international sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in USA time zone (night shift)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO, call center, or international sales
• Exposure to US or LATAM markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
