General Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to take a leading role in managing spare parts operations, dealer coordination, and stock optimization processes.
Responsibilities:

Determine optimum stock levels of spare parts using advanced demand forecasting methods

Ensure spare parts availability by planning, monitoring, and optimizing inventory

Manage dealer orders and oversee logistics operations for both Parts & Accessories

Analyze and report on key metrics such as BO (Back Order), VOR (Vehicle Off Road), and MOS (Months of Supply); provide regular insights to the Spare Parts Manager

Monitor stock turnover and availability ratios, propose actions for continuous improvement

Plan and execute general and on-the-job training programs for dealer personnel in alignment with Chery’s spare parts policies and operational procedures

Stay up to date with local laws and regulations concerning spare parts operations and ensure full compliance

Follow and manage import procedures related to spare parts and take necessary actions for regulatory updates
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering)

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in spare parts operations in the automotive industry (must)

In-depth knowledge of spare parts planning, logistics, and dealer management systems

Familiarity with local spare parts regulations and import procedures

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and DMS/ERP systems

Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and coordination skills with a proactive attitude

B-class driver’s license and willingness to travel if needed
