Special Contract and Procurement-UAE National

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified UAE National to join our Special Contract and Procurement team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract administration in alignment with UAE regulations and organizational objectives. This role supports high-value procurement initiatives and ensures compliance with internal policies and external legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage contracts for goods, services, and specialized projects.
• Lead procurement planning and execution for strategic and high-value acquisitions.
• Liaise with legal and finance departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize agreements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and performance tracking.
• Ensure procurement activities align with UAE government standards and Emiratization goals.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field.
• UAE National (Emiratis only, as per localization policy).
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and government contracting procedures.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, PMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in government or semi-government procurement environments.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
