Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development programs

Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement

Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts

Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates

Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects

Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements
Key Skills and Competencies:
