We are looking for a Specialist Digital Products (L1) to support product-led marketing strategy and coordination. This role sits within the core product team and focuses on planning, documentation, alignment, and execution enablement, rather than hands-on campaign execution.

The associate will work closely with marketing, brand, growth, CX, and tech teams to ensure that product strategies, launches, and feature narratives are clearly defined and implemented consistently across channels.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to build a career in product marketing, healthtech, or digital platforms.

What does “Specialist Digital Products-Healthtech” do?

Product Marketing Strategy Support


  • Support the product team in defining feature positioning, value propositions, and user narratives.
  • Assist in drafting go-to-market (GTM) briefs for new features, services, and campaigns.
  • Help translate product requirements into clear marketing and brand inputs.

Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Act as a coordination point between product, marketing, brand, growth, CX, and tech teams.
  • Track action items, timelines, and dependencies across teams.
  • Ensure alignment on messaging, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Documentation & Enablement


  • Create and maintain product marketing documents, including:
    • Feature briefs
    • Campaign strategy notes
    • Messaging frameworks
    • Launch checklists
  • Ensure all stakeholders have the latest, approved product context before execution.

Launch & Rollout Support


  • Support planning of feature launches, app updates, and service rollouts.
  • Coordinate pre-launch readiness across teams (content, design, CX scripts, app updates).
  • Track post-launch feedback and relay insights back to the product team.

Stakeholder & Feedback Management


  • Collect inputs and feedback from marketing, brand, and CX teams.
  • Help consolidate feedback into structured insights for product decision-making.
  • Support internal reviews, presentations, and alignment sessions.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Digital Product-Healthtech?

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital products, product marketing, health tech, or marketing coordination roles (internships or trainee experience acceptable).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Product Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, mobile applications, and product-led growth concepts, preferably within a healthtech or healthcare environment.
  • Ability to translate product features, workflows, and requirements into clear marketing, brand, and communication inputs.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across product, marketing, brand, growth, CX, and technology teams.
  • Ability to consolidate feedback from multiple teams and structure insights for product decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, structured, and eager-to-learn mindset with a genuine interest in digital health products and platforms.
