Specialist, Logistics Strategy Operations

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale rapidly, ensuring the right balance between supply and demand is critical to delivering a seamless customer experience.

We’re looking for a Logistics Strategy Operations Specialist to drive forecasting, real-time operations, and data-driven decision-making across our delivery network.

What You’ll Do

Demand Forecasting & Analysis:

• Build regional and time-based supply-demand forecasting models using historical data and market trends.
• Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively plan operations.

Real-Time Monitoring & Optimization:

• Develop and manage dashboards to monitor live supply-demand balance.
• React to fluctuations by dynamically adjusting zones, shifts, and delivery coverage.
• Optimize delivery zones to maintain service quality in key areas.

Data-Driven Strategy & Innovation:

• Use analytical insights to propose operational improvements, product ideas, and business optimizations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to execute strategies.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and in-house fleets to manage real-time demand changes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in logistics, O2O, internet, or related industries.
• Experience in logistics operations, analytics, or strategy (food delivery experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data tools.
• Results-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English ; Arabic is a plus.
