Reports to: Executive Director of Community Engagement
Schedule: Variable Hour /20-25 Hours Per Month

Coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of the mobile spirit store during designated school events, games, and community gatherings.

Open and close the store according to established procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.

Ensure the store is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Track and maintain accurate inventory of all merchandise and supplies.

Monitor sales trends and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Assist in ordering and receiving merchandise and ensuring proper storage.
MERCHANDISE DEVELOPMENT

Collaborate with the school design team to develop and source spirit wear and merchandise that reflects the school’s brand and culture.

Identify new product ideas and seasonal items that appeal to students, parents, staff, and alumni.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATION

Recruit, schedule, and train parent and community volunteers to assist with store operations.

Provide clear communication and support to ensure volunteers have a positive and organized experience.

Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and students while representing the school in a professional and welcoming manner.

Promote school spirit through spirit store presence at campus events and activities.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITES -
Maintain records of sales, inventory, and merchandise performance.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and volunteers.

Experience in retail, merchandising, inventory management, or event coordination preferred.

Ability to lift and transport merchandise and assist with mobile store setup.

The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 75% sitting, 15% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
